Kristin Noll Marsh grew up in Milwaukee, WI and while she has visited other parts of the world, she wouldn't dream of raising her family anywhere but Wisconsin. After graduating from Shorewood High School with an art scholarship, she attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee to earn an interior design degree. Family and life intervened and Kristin spent 12 years in the service industry and restaurant management before becoming a real estate consultant in 1997.
Kristin attributes her success to skills that she learned in the service industry: hard work, follow through, attention to detail, a joy of meeting new people and striving to provide the kind of service that inspires her customer's and client's loyalty. She applies her design experience by providing professional-level home staging services for her clients. Kristin is a self-taught real estate web site designer and was a pioneer in her area for utilizing the most advanced internet technology to provide both her buyer and seller clients cutting-edge real estate services. she was providing email listing updates and video services long before most agents even had email.
In 1999, Kristin was certified as a Senior Real Estate specialist; in 2002 she received certification as an Accredited Buyer Representative; she was certified as a Relocation Specialist in 2005 and in 2010 received a Milwaukee Magazine Five Star Agent: Best in Client Satisfaction Award.
