Seniors Only

I became a member of The
Senior Advantage Real Estate Council®, several years ago to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing clients and their families when buying or selling residential or investment properties. There are so many options available to seniors that you may not know about!

REALTORS with the "SRES" designation help our senior clients make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate.

We have shown an understanding of the sensitivity and patience required when working with seniors and their families forced to move a loved-one into assisted living or selling a home for survivors of an estate.

By earning the "SRES" designation, we have demonstrated that we have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a senior's real estate specialist and counselor.
