Pottery Barn look achieved on a budget! Tired oak cabinets were updated with a cherry stain & nickle knobs. Light fixture and shower head were replaced. Original burgandy & yellow wall tile and blue & white floor tile were brought together with a hip, new, striped shower curtain. Cost: $400 |
An otherwise updated kitchen was marred by 1970's linoleum. Buyers would have not seen the updates, only the "work" that needed to be done.
